THIS IS ME

I HAVE BEEN MAKING VIDEOs SINCE…

The first video I remember making was on a 1990’s VHS camera. It’s was my sister and myself, spinning, wildly out of control, on the tea cups at Disney World. I couldn’t have been much older than 8 years old. The video was completely unwatchable, and the spinning motion could easily onset vertigo. But, I had made something myself and I was proud of it. Since then, I have been shooting video, and pressing buttons on a keyboard to make things move, transition and animate.

I am Married with a kid and a cat…

My wife and I have been on this incredible journey together since we were young, naive, high schoolers. Since then, we have welcomed a cat, Yadi, who acts more like a dog and our son, Jordan, who keeps us on our toes.

My favorite quote…

“Don’t worry about the horse being blind, just load the wagon”. A high school advisor of mine, Pete Barrett, once told me that, and I have used that as a motto throughout my video editing career. Sometimes, there are little snags or holdups, but you can’t let those obstruct you from the bigger task at hand.
